Our Hyrox Classes,
TUESDAY - Hyrox Intervals
Hyrox interval wod with focus on endurance and work capacity through long and short intervals at moderate to high intensity. This workout combines running, ski, row, bike and a higher volume of bodyweight and external load movement. Running is not a requirement and can be scaled.
THURSDAY - Hyrox Strength
Hyrox strength focused wod where we work on building muscular endurance and strength across the muscle most groups relevant for Hyrox. Expect heavier load and a moderate volume on a wide variety of upper and lower body strength movements, using DBs, KBs, the sled, and body weight. There is no running in this wod.
SUNDAY - Race Threshold
Hyrox Race Threshold wod where we work on pushing our pace over time, similar to an actual Hyrox race! This class includes a wide variety of strength and conditioning movements, including running, intended to improve your endurance and overall Hyrox performance. The class is suitable for all levels. Movements can be scaled and running is not a requirement!
